Job Description:
The Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals according to established recipes and standards. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary knowledge, good time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals following the company’s menu and recipe standards.
Ensure all dishes are prepared with high quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Assist in planning menus and managing food inventory.
Monitor food portions and minimize waste.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service.
Handle food items properly to maintain freshness and safety.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or head chef.
Qualifications:
Degree, Diploma, or SHS Certificate.
Proven experience as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant (preferred).
Knowledge of local and international cuisines is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Punctual, responsible, and passionate about cooking.
