Job Description:
The Factory Worker will be responsible for assisting in the production, packaging, labeling, and quality control of cosmetic products. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacturing and packaging of cosmetic products.
Operate factory machines and equipment under supervision.
Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and storage of finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the work area.
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Report any faults or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Support team members in maintaining smooth factory operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or SHS Certificate.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours.
Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
Previous factory or production experience is an advantage but not required.
