Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for developing people and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary matters.
Supervise payroll, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Identify training needs and organize staff development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Support management with workforce planning and HR strategy.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
