Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Manageress to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service at our various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain efficient store performance and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and staff performance.
Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in retail or electronics sales management is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
