Job Description:
The Marketer will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, promoting products, and building strong customer relationships to increase brand visibility and sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote the company’s cosmetic products to retailers, wholesalers, and customers.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market feedback and report customer preferences to management.
Represent the company professionally in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Degree, Diploma, or SHS Certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Knowledge of the cosmetics or beauty industry is an added advantage.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email) preferred.
