Job Description:
The Noble Marketer will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, developing marketing strategies, and increasing brand awareness and sales performance. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, creative, and able to work independently to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market company products and services to potential customers.
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Gather market feedback and customer insights to support business decisions.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Collaborate with the sales and management team to execute marketing plans.
Qualifications:
Degree, Diploma, or SHS Certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work under minimal supervision.
