Job Description:
The Coffee Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverage drinks, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring that each customer enjoys a pleasant and personalized experience. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and seating area.
Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed.
Handle customer payments and issue receipts.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or SHS Certificate.
Prior experience as a barista or in a hospitality environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
Friendly personality with a passion for customer service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
