Job Description:
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be computer-literate, and demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support sales and administrative teams with customer-related tasks.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction achieved.
Assist in improving customer experience and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Degree, Diploma, or SHS Certificate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and basic data entry).
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
