Job Description:
The Home Care Attendant will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, household duties, and daily activities to ensure their comfort and independence. The ideal candidate should be caring, patient, and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and empathy toward the elderly, sick, or disabled individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Monitor clients’ health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or family members.
Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or recreational activities (if required).
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Administer medication as directed (if trained and authorized).
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Respect clients’ privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
SHS Certificate or higher (Diploma in Health Care, Nursing, or related field is an advantage).
Previous experience in home care, elderly care, or caregiving roles preferred.
Kind, patient, and compassionate personality.
Basic knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to assist clients with mobility if needed.
Trustworthy, responsible, and professional demeanor.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or live-in arrangements.
