Job Description:
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for serving food and beverages, attending to guests promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve meals and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct.
Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Clear tables, clean service areas, and maintain overall restaurant hygiene.
Process customer bills and handle payments correctly.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in setting up tables and preparing the dining area before service.
Qualifications:
Diploma or SHS Certificate.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Well-groomed, polite, and professional in appearance.
Team player with a positive attitude.
